Uses for meat grease.

So you’ve fried up some lamb, pork or beef and now have a pan or bowl of grease.

You know that you’re not supposed to pour it down a drain and you don’t want to pour it into a trash can or even a bag.
What a mess that will make when the bag breaks.

Gease soaked paper towels make a great fire starter for charcoal grills, home firepits or camp fires.

I soak up the grease in often multiple paper towels and put them is a suitably sized container or zip bag.
Store it with it with the charcoal or the kindling you will use with the fire.

You can also make an outdoor candle using a wick made with a cotton shank Q tip or even a piece of wood.
There is plenty of bacon grease candle content on YouTube.

It is amazing how long it lasts
